Heeeellllllllooooooooooooo!
Wow, it's been forever since I've been on here! I hope you guys (or...kate) haven't been missing my posts... ok whatever. I've written all of ONE post and a survey. but I'm back! so Germany is wonderful! It's cold and it decides to rain/snow at the most ridiculous times ever. But it is so wonderful! I miss you all so much! It's a hard transition but we're doing just fine!
so, on to a different topic.
I went to McDonalds tonight with Lawrence and I saw something funny! I went to the restroom and it was pretty nice and clean... better than most American McDonald's restrooms. But the stalls were pretty tiny...as usual. I looked in one of the stalls and the seat was weird. the seat was sloped upward in the front middle. It was to show you that your legs go on either side or something. But it seriously made me laugh. To me it was like they were saying, "Your legs WILL go here and nowhere else!!!" Anyway...just a Kileyism!
Well, anyway...until next time!

Ok so for a little over a week now my dietary patterns have been drastically different. It's no big deal and I'm not telling you why. It is hard, but I've dealt pretty well (I like to think so anyway.) But things are are really weird right now. I haven't been in this apartment in weeks so being back is really weird. It's also incredibly hard to get used to my old bed. At first I LOVED this bed. It is possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. My husband's old bed (the one at his parents' house) was so hard I didn't think i could ever handle it. It did have one thing going for it though... It was HUGE! I didn't think about it until after I got married...when that really matters. The bed at our apartment was still comfortable, but a queen can still be small. The more we slept at his parents' house...especially this holiday season... the more and more comfortable it got. We got back to the apartment and tried to go to sleep in our tiny little queen. It is hard to get used to.
Now, I don't know if it's the bed or just the packing but my back, shoulders, and neck are so sore right now. It's not just that I'm sore or it hurts...the pain is deep. I have knots all in my neck and my back is just crazy. I don't know what the deal is, but it's driving me crazy. And my poor husband is going nuts too because of my complaints. (Sorry Baby! Love you!)
Here's where the dietary patterns come in. What I've been eating fills me up...but not for long. I eat a lot more often because I seriously get that hungry. Trust me...this is difficult, especially while we're trying to pack. We're always hungry and we have to spend like an hour cooking for at least 2 meals of the day. Talk about time-consuming! On top of all the soreness I'm beginning to feel slightly under the weather. Maybe I'm just crazy, maybe it's WHAT I'm eating. But it all affects me and frankly I don't like it. :)
Ok...I know that was just one huge complaint...but if you deal with mine I will say nothing when you need to complain. Promise. Ta-ta for now!
